1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards or downloadable products.
• Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale”.
• Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@mavrotrade.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
